Since the early 2000s, he has specialized in representing injured workers before the Ontario Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) and the Workplace Safety & Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT). Rob also advises personal injury lawyers on Section 31 Right to Sue matters and has served as counsel on numerous reported WSIAT decisions. A regular speaker with the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Rob is a trusted expert in his field.
