MEMBERSHIP LEVELS AND FEES
Membership Term: November 1 – October 31

Regular Member
For professionals in medicine, health care, law, and science.
Annual Fee: $350.00 + 13% HST

Young Practitioner Member
For individuals with less than 10 years of professional experience.
Annual Fee: $145.00 + 13% HST

Student Member
For individuals enrolled in recognized educational programs, articling students, interns, or residents.
Annual Fee: $75.00 + 13% HST

Senior Member
For fully retired individuals who meet membership criteria.
Annual Fee: $75.00 + 13% HST

• All memberships include one (1) free webinar NOT including the Annual CAT to be used during the membership term from November 1 to October 31.
• Full membership term: November 1 - October 31
• Memberships are non-refundable.
• All applications are reviewed by the MLST Membership Committee.
