There are two types of registration fees - Member and Non-member. There is a significant discount if you are a member - if you would like to join the MLST just download the form from the home page of this website.

When registering for programmes you must complete the online form. There are two ways to pay: by credit card online or by mailing a cheque. If you mail a cheque you must add the 13% HST to the price of registration. This information should be on the registration form. If you are paying online by credit card the HST will be AUTOMATICALLY added to your total.
